Bought an item in error?
Simply return it to us unopened including your invoice or a copy of your invoice within 7 working days for either a full refund or exchange against another item.
Item damaged?
If your item has got damaged in the postal system, return it to us with the original packaging and your invoice for either a full refund or replacement item, stating which option you would prefer.
Item faulty?
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, return it to us, with your invoice stating whether you would prefer a replacement item or a full refund.
Item not received?
If you do not receive your item within a reasonable period please contact us and we can either refund your payment or send out a replacement.
