DVD Formats
Overseas buyers, all our DVDs are PAL format unless otherwise stated and may not be suitable for all American and Canadian DVD players, they will play on all computers fitted with a DVD drive regardless of country. If you are unsure about compatibility please contact us for advice before placing your order.
Postage rates
All DVDs, CDs and CD-ROMs are postage free worldwide
Postage bands for books:
Band A UK £1.50 Europe £2.00 All other countries £2.75
Band B UK £2.75 Europe £4.95 All other countries £7.95
Band C UK £3.95 Europe £7.95 All other countries £14.95
Delivery
All orders normally dispatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail 1st class for UK addresses or Royal Mail Airmail services for overseas. If you require a different delivery service please contact us. Orders dispatched to the invoice address unless you have requested dispatch to a different address. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will email you and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns and Refunds

Bought an item in error and wish to cancel the order?
Simply return it to us in an unopened, still sealed condition including your invoice or a copy of your invoice within 14 working days for either a full refund or exchange against another item.
Item damaged?
If your item has got damaged in the postal system, return it to us with the original packaging and your invoice for either a full refund or replacement item, stating which option you would prefer.
Item faulty?
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, return it to us, with your invoice stating whether you would prefer a replacement item or a full refund.
Item not received?
If you do not receive your item within a reasonable period of time after receiving email notification of dispatch please contact us and we can either refund your payment or send out a replacement.
