The 2018 Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials saw a new Dressage scoring system introduced whereby the coefficient was dropped so this resulted in the Dressage scores being not nearly so influential. Oliver Townend was going for the Rolex Grand Slam after his wins at Burghley and Kentucky and led the Dressage on his Burghley winner Ballaghmor Class.

With beautiful weather suddenly breaking out over Badminton Park on the Saturday record crowds witnessed a dramatic cross country day, with the speed machine Classic Moet and Jonelle Price the only combination to get near the optimum time on very holding ground to draw level on points with Townend and Ballaghmor Class and into the lead with her better time. She then produced an immaculate clear on the Sunday on her flying thoroughbred to secure her first Badminton title, the first woman to win since 2007.

Returns: We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.

In the first instance please contact us by email sales@trot-online.co.uk or by phoning 0115 9560077 within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return. Unless your item is faulty you will be liable for the return postage and you will need to return it unused, intact and in its original condition.
