UK Delivery

Standard Delivery Most UK orders are sent by 1st class post and should arrive the next working day but this is not guaranteed. Postage is charged by weight with a minimum charge of £1.50 up to a maximum charge of £5.50 and is clearly stated during checkout. Occasionally an order may prove too heavy or bulky for Royal Mail in which case we will choose the next best delivery option for you.

Royal Mail Signed For®
Sending an important gift or letter? Need to know your item has arrived? Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class aims to deliver your letter or parcel the next working day and gives you the added benefits of proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver plus you can check online or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered.

Special Delivery
If you require a guaranteed service we can offer Royal Mail's Special Delivery option which is guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm. Special Delivery is a signed for service which requires a signature on delivery and is fully trackable on Royal Mails website, we'll send you a link to the relevant page along with your tracking number when your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

Standard International delivery is by airmail and is charged on a weight basis, the amount you will be charged is clearly stated during checkout. For added peace of mind we also offer the following services but not all services are available in all countries.

International Signed
Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination once we have a signature from the recipient.

International Tracked
Ideal for sending important or valuable goods, offering tracking at five points after despatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.

International Tracked & Signed
Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

If any of the above services do not appear as a delivery option at checkout it usually means it is not available in your country but we can always check for you if you want to drop us an email.
